Help, my e46 wont move.

Hello guys, i need help.
I have a 2000 e46 with standard transmission. The car has been sitting in the driveway for about a year (cop troubles, 230 kph, no insurance).
Anyway, for the past year i've only moved it a few times. Every time it was difficult to get it going, felt like brakes/calipers seized. Today i tried to move it but no luck. When i put it in 1st gear and step on the gas, the rear end lowers and front goes up and vice versa in reverse. I inspected each wheel (there is of course rust on all of them), front wheels move by hand, rears dont (even after loosening the calipers with a screwdriver.
I was wondering if i am having transmission/clutch problems. Failed bearing that has seized?
Also i guess i pushed the engine too hard while i was trying to move the car and something started smoking from the right side of the engine, looking at it from in front of the car. Stuuupid, i know. Any suggestions? Head gasket, tranny, clutch? Smells like burnt clutch.
Responses are much appreciated!! Thanks!
