Needed: Fan blade replacement DIY

Car info: 05/2000 323Ci 5 spd manual with the electrical fan.

I'm interested in replacing the fan blades as a preventative measure seeing as they haven't caused any problems.. yet. I've been searching for a while and can't locate a DIY for it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know how to remove the shroud, just looking for how to take the fan assembly apart so I can swap the blades really.

edit: AFAIK, the fan blades on the electric fan are not replaceable. The fan blades on the water pump-mounted fan are replaceable.

On an electric fan the blades cannot be replaced. They do not fail though, it is the motor that does.

This may be a very ignorant question, but are the electrical fans OE? I'm under the assumption that all the manual transmission cars have them. Looking for clarity here!

As far as I know manuals have them. As to OE that is irrelevant and makes no sense The BRANDS for the fan are behr or bosch.

I understand the terminology just fine, thanks. Considering I asked if the eletrical fan was original with my car, and it is in fact 'EQUIPMENT', referring to it as the 'original equipment' would be correct. The word 'equipment' may reference the brand name in the enthusiast/fanatic/mechanic world, but in the rest of the world 'equipment' references the physical make up and PARTS used to make up the car, not the brand.

An example of this is: you wouldn't say that the car is equipped with only a Behr fan, would you? That leaves so much unexplained. If you were trying to convey to someone the make up of the actual fan, you would let them know that it was an eletrical fan, correct? I assume you'd throw in Behr or whatever the brand was as well.

Either way, I appreciate your insight and tips as you have helped me countless times without you even knowing it.
