whoa, list routines? lol gotta get a little more specific dude, routines vary depending on what you want to achieve.....cardiovascular fitness? tonning? strength training? etc.

One time i was lifting at the Y doing dumbbell bench press and this guy comes up and stands above me and starts telling me "i can do it" and to keep pushing. I dropped the weights on my chest from his motivation.

I was on my way to the gym yesterday when I called this girl I am attempting to date (we have hung out a few times I have even stayed over her place twice nithing happened though ), she said I should meet her out for dinner and drinks told I couldnt I was on my way to the gym. So I get to the gym and there are firetrucks all over the place they had the place shut down apparently there was smoke in the building soe no gym = dinner with girl, could it be fate

Well thats my most recent gym story.

at my old gym there were guys who'd shower, then go to the sinks/mirrors and shave, blow dry their hair, etc. naked...freaked me out. i don't shave naked at home, let alone in a public place. the kicker was one guy would be leaning over the counter trying to get close to the mirror w/his sack resting on the edge of the sink. i noticed it in the mirror while i was brushing my teeth at a neighboring sink. i NEVER put my toothbrush down in the gym after seeing that.

my new gym is across the street from my apartment, so i don't have to do anything there except take a leak/wash my hands occasionally...
