It shouldn't be THAT thick, otherwise you'll just have globs of it, not evenly spread, and the texture sucks. It should be slightly thinner than toothpaste. What kind of yogurt are you using?

Chobani. I'm eating some now with some carrots and it's firmer than it was last night, about the right consistency now. The flavor is still a little off though, maybe I need to find the cucumbers you mentioned to give it some more flavor. The lemon comes through a lot more than I would have expected and the dill isn't very potent, but I didn't use fresh dill.

Dont take this the wrong way, but I personally find most vegetarian food inedible especially prepackaged frozen slop that has absolutely zero nutricional value nor any healthy value. If you insist on going meatless (not sure why you'd exclude a nice healthy fish) I'd make something myself like stuffed mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, whatever. Don't buy that frozen crap, it has more chemicals and crap that ISNT good for you than a big juicy steak.

I love American "crap" food, but could never get into pot pies. They just don't look appetizing to me. I prefer the english version (shepherd or cottage pie) but again, I would rather eat something else. Pe King duck for dinner tonight.

Nope, it got a good deal juicier once it was heated up. That piece was straight out of the fridge and part of why it was holding together. It got much messier once heated up.

The Chinese places i go for Peking bring the skin (with small attached meat) with buns out first to snack on before bringing out the rest. I rather they just bring out more skin, lol.

The lady and I baked some Brie cheese with slices kiwi, toasted rounds, & raspberry preserves. We followed it with some chimichurri steak chianti to wash it down!

A little something I made, some sirloin steak with mushrooms and onions.

Steak: I marinaded it for 10min in soy sauce, olive oil, spice mix from trader joes, a little dijon mustard, and mashed garlic. Tossed it on a pan on high for 3min a side, a little on the edges, then put both pieces in the oven (on broil) for 5min.

Mushrooms: simmered then with chopped onions with some olive oil, than added a little onion powder and then some leftover lemon vinaigrette I had in the fridge, gave it a nice fresh flavor.
