Best place to get a spare key?

Best place to order one guys? Stealership of course wants to charge a fortune, money up front etc etc.

I have ONE key, and the battery is clearly dying. I am in the Seattle region, anyone have suggestions for being able to get a new key cheaper than the local dealerships?

Thanks!

There aren't really any alternatives. You can try ebay. I'd just call around to the various dealerships in your area. Expect to pay between $100 to $250 per regular key.

You can't. Only the dealership can get you a new key. As a cheaper alternative, you could open the key and change the battery if you are a little bit tech / tool / etc. saavy. There are tutorials on the net, but you pretty much have to "break" the key open and super glue it shut afterwards, so its not really "professional" looking if you care about that sort of thing.

I keep thinking of seeing how much they are in Portland. At the very least you won't have to pay tax, plus maybe visit the goodies at HPF.
