AA Gen 6 Supercharger Pulley bolt removal? bolts stuck?

Hi,

I am going to L2 and I need to switch to a smaller pulley, I tried to remove the pulley bolts and they're extremely tight. I've tried several of them and they won't come out. Is there a trick to removing these bolts? They appear to be coated in what looks like blue locktite. Anyone have any issues removing these? The bag the new bolts came in say that they shouldn't be torqued down to more than 8ft lbs but the ones that came installed are extremely tight!

Thanks,

Jai

got four out of five out, had to grind the last one down with a dremel to get it off. What a nightmare! It took quite a bit of force to get the bolts out, and they snapped loose. One the allen head hole got rounded out.. so annoying! lol

Hey Jai,

Give us a call so we can provide you a better way to get the bolts swapped out.
