Fixed.

Coil replacement is super easy. If you look through the DIY section for a tutorial on how to replace the valve cover gasket or spark plugs on a non-M engine, it tells you how to remove and replace the coils.

2003 325XI 4th cylinder misfire

Coil was replaced. Car ran beautifully for about two days and now it's doing the same shake and pulling the same code. Any thoughts? Click image for larger version

Post the code.

Swap the coil to a different cylinder and see what happens.

Swap the coil with another and see if the misfire follows.

What coil brand did you use?
I'd do a compression test before doing anything else. Exhaust valves go bad sometimes.
If compression checks out fine then it has be a clogged injector.
