2005/2006 M3 ZCP - 6 speed ONLY

I'm in active pursuit for a 2005/2006 E46 M3 ZCP. Will pay Kelley Blue Book Private Party value for the right car. The following are my preferences

Transmission MUST: Manual (STICK)
Preferred colors: Grey, Silver, Carbon Black
NO Cold Weather Package(heated seats, headlight washers, etc.), prefer a warm climate car like Texas, Arizona, Florida, California, etc.

Looking for car with following options:

Competition Package
Premium Package
Park Distance Control (rear) - Optional
Xenon headlights
Navigation system - Optional
Harman-Kardon sound system

Mileage not more that 70K Miles.
Prefer seller with title in hand.

Location: I am flexible, for the right car and package could fly to buyers location.

Condition: Should be great, would prefer all service records, for one which is missing the service records, I'd like to have a PPI from the dealer at my own expense

Payment wise: I will present Cashier check from a major bank, I will not lowball, would want a price, which is attractive to both seller and me, I think KBB Private should be a good starting point

Please contact me as soon on this thread or via PM as soon as possible, very serious buyer!!!

Thank you.

Maybe, so what's a fair price point for a stock or lightly modded 05/06 ZCP? PM with your asking price and we can take it from there.

I think he is getting at the fact that there are not many zcp's for book value. I would buy a nice one at book provided the right one came along.

I'm willing to consider any reasonable price, please send me a PM if anyone has a ZCP they're looking to sell.

I'll talk to a friend of mind. He has an Interlagos/Black Leather 6 spd tastefully modified but he is firm at the $31xxx since the car has 41k miles.
He may be willing to part out some mods but Im pretty sure he'll hold out for 30+. I'll PM you if he's willing to entertain the selling idea coming into summer now.

Found a 2006 ZCP, 79K miles, navigation, premium package, 6-speed, Service I @ 27.5K miles, no Service II done yet, guy was asking $22K but PPI revealed non-functioning/seized A/C, rodent chewed wires, oil leak, and 3 out of 4 wheels bent, delaminated mirror, scraped front bumper, panels missing underneath, etc. so I passed on the deal. I figure I spend $25K-$26K and get a decent well maintained vehicle is much better in the long run. I guess it's going to take some time for me to attain my "Unicorn"

How much over book? For me, it doens't make sense to spend over $25K-$26K for a "Clean one", people need to stop getting emotionally involved with their M3's then potential buyers can actually have a chance of owning one.

I agree $30+ and you may as well start sniffing around the e9x range

Asking prices may increment up due to high expectations, some might sell, most won't. Plus nada values are much below the average asking prices on these boards right now so buyers must have about 30-40% cash down at a minimum. You'll see prices come back down to earth once the spring effect wears off and listings get stale.

NADA Guide for clean 2006 ZCP Retail loaded with navigation, premium package, etc. with 55K miles is ~$26,500, I'm sorry but that is a fair price for these cars. Oh well, just going to have to wait a little longer I guess.

Oh, one other thing, I do intend to drive this car, not put it in a museum, just wanted to make sure I was clear with my intentions regarding this mass-produced vehicle.

Congrats, I guess you can change your signature now huh?

How much if you don't mind me asking?

Does it have everything I've listed in the first posting of this thread?

Did you find it local or transport/personal pick-up?
