Hi guys looking for A bit of advice,the dsc light on dashboard is staying on Aswell As the brake and handbrake light,I do know it needs brake pads but surely that wouldn't,t make dsc light and handbrake light stay on....??

use 'thread title' search under 'advanced search'--those three lights are common here. I think it's often wheel speed sensors...sometimes bad, sometimes loose connector/damaged wires, and it could be other things too...never had it, so didn't really study up on it.

Thanks dmax I,ll have A look indie has car the now so I,ll wait and see if he can fix problem he,s putting new brake pads on so if light stays on that should give
Him a better idea As to what the problem is,I,ll let you know how things go and thanks Again for your input -)

Common issue discussed many times. I would scan the car for BMW fault codes and see if the wheel speed sensor comes up.

Changing the brakes will not change the problem. There is a separate icon for Brake Pads low.

Have your engine codes read.

Got car back lights Are All off seems to be fine
Not had chance to speak to indie As he was Away
Picking A car up but will report back as to what

Got car back with DSC Light off but where it used to tell
Me the temperature outside,its now showing the time.indie
Says he can't find Any fault codes..anyone ever had this
Sort of problem As Any Advice would be greatly
