you sound like my gf! don't cry about it, go do something about it! If you ate a bad meal, don't let it derail you. Make a short term goal to eat healthy all day tomorrow to offset it... just take some kind of action, you will feel better mentally and your body will show results over time if you continue that response.

wtf is a fat day lol

PR deadlift
225x4

I came to the gym without realizing I only have an hour to workout and shower and get outta here
So I just went to deadlift
Warmed up with 135, then 185, then 205
Feels good to try 225 for the first time
Probably could go higher but I won't push tonight
Finishing up with some back exercises and getting out of here

Struggling with 185lb deadlift today
Did 8 reps at 185 and went back down in weight

Cable fly
Bench press
Pull ups, lat pull downs, and bentover dumbbell pull for back

Did a combination of stuff today because I don't know what my schedule is going to be like this week

That's the plan

My shoulder/arm is still jacked
Hurt quite a bit when I was pulling the cable into position for the cable fly
After that, I pulled down with my bicep into position first instead of trying to bring it into position from a wide chest fly

That's good too. Tomorrows crossfit football workout has 3 sets of max rep pull ups. Hoping to get a good amount since it's the first movement.

Thanks
My quads are pretty decent (relative to the rest of my legs)
But my legs are so skinny below the knees ... and my ankles are so so skinny

so i need to wear shorter shorts to show above the knees, otherwise I look like I skip the leg days

most people do. I know people with really big quads and hams and you'd have no idea.

At the gym tonight, I see this asian guy
Hugeeeeeeeee
Built like a truck
Short though
All tatted up on his arms

Anyway a little later, he comes up to me... "hey is your name edward?"
I was like oh...

Turns out he is from my high school
A year under me
Used to play basketball together
Nickname "turbo" because he was so damn quick
I don't know if he is quick anymore with that size ... but damn
Good to have another workout buddy though

Today I did a ton of bicep curls, both bb and db
Weight ranging from 25 to 35 (couldn't really do 35 db with good form) and 60lb bb
And did 6 sets of squats with bb and 4 sets with db hanging from arms
Weight ranging from 135 warmup, building up to 225, and then finishing off with a set at 135
Db squats with 50lbs in each hand, going all the way down

I was a little scared to go way down with 225
Legs were probably at 100-110 degrees instead of 90 degrees

Anyway
I just read the first page in solly's thread about shut the f up and lift
I think I will focus on all compound stuff from now on
I'm nowhere near the point of needing true splits and I'm not even pushing myself to the point of failure

Definitely man. There are like 7 things everyone should be doing imo. Anything else is just to compliment it.
