My Ride: looking for an E46
bringing this thread back to life!!!! Here are some SEMI HDR shots...

I am still working on the correct lighting to make the pictures look as real in the photos as they do in life....any help on settings? Here is what I have so far but still not what I was seeing (details)
Pictures were taken with a Nikon D3100 and a 18-55mm AFS VR lens...I am planning on getting a 35MM lens also I heard that will help the pictures drastically.

You need a second one so that you can turn the one you used slightly more towards the rear, and use the second one for the driver's side corner. Great job using what you had though!

I'm willing to trade my 335 for this e36 for a day. I'd just cherish all the moments I could've had when I wanted one so badly. Pure sexiness. That dakar! lol im lost for words..

After you get the good camera my advice is to play around with photoshop, photoshop is your friend! (you may or may not be able to get CS2 on the adobe website for free now....)

lol you're absolutely right, on my other PC (running through an HD TV) it looks great, but on a computer monitor it looks super dark
The point was actually the fact that I edited out the two white poles in front of the car, but its kind of hard to tell with that color problem!
