Cheat Sunday! Love it. Two personal gluten free pizzas. Hot fudge sundae with brownie. Protein shake and rocky road ice cream (usually use low fat vanilla). Feels like 10k calories today. up from 3500-4000 daily. Ha

I thought cholesterol accumulated in your arteries throughout your entire life and never disappeared.....

According to that (if I'm correct) that's why you would have cholesterol issues at 60.

high dietary cholesterol does not equal higher cholesterol levels in the body

egg yolks are very healthy for you

fried foods with trans fat / vegetable oils are your enemy.
