pretty good. you are muscling the weight up just a bit. if you pause it during the pull your arms are breaking a little early, and you fall just a bit forward. when you pull and get on your toes, fall straight back on your heels. you just need a little more shrug whuile your arms are straight,it will make the heavier weights much easier

I'll try that Thursday during my next round of PC's. I've been working on correcting at the elbows prior to the first pull as well.

P.S. Jeremy, where's your old PC video? I don't remember which thread it was in.

3.5 weeks before vacation. Today was my rest day so a friend and I just walked the local bridge and into the next town a bit. Probably 4 miles or so.

Noticeable difference man. I just compared that pic with your naked photo. You've leaned up! Good job!

I'm really dialing in the obliques now. I can't wait to see how I look in 2 weeks.

This was taken yesterday, and I wasn't dry and had just finished eating.

awesome man. I'm going to be doing a lot of ab work along with more cardio and see how it goes. Worst case scenario is I strengthen them up a bit.

I don't know how you guys do it. I simply cannot do ab work. I front squat and dead lift for abs.

I know you say that a lot but those imo do nothing like the p90x ab workout imo. For the average person that just isn't enough. I think I'm a good example of that.

I honestly can't stand doing ab work, all I want is a semi flat stomach, if and when I get to that point we'll see if I want to go for more defined abs.

Ohh trust me I hate it. But I think If I want a decent set of abs after I lose some fat, deadlifts and squats are not the answer. I feel nothing in my abs and I stay tight as can be and use a belt which is said to help.

I think you confuse "what you feel" with what's actually helping you build a thick abdominal structure. Sure, my abs don't "feel" blasted like it would if I did 200 crunches, but my overall core is definitely fatigued and it is quite apparent that everything from the nipples down to my hip flexors have received a serious workout (..ESPECIALLY the lower, hard to reach/hit effectively, abdominal region near the pelvis) when I FS or DL. I'm no different than anybody else really, and you know as well as I do that visible/defined abs are made in the kitchen. Get a new chef! J/K

P.S. You're not an average lifter. Far from it!

Something is up if you don't feel anything in your abs. I'm just being honest. You're not doing something right. I immediately feel it in my abs/lower back/hip flexors/lats the moment I begin the descent into a FS, and DEFINITELY during the ascent.

Very true, between doing squats and DLs this week my entire body is sore. Still feeling it from the DLs, and I did those on Monday.
