My Ride: m3 Competion pck 06
Sound system upgraded Blut Tooth, Iphone, Sirius etc

How much to change my radio in my M3?

I have an estimate (canadian price )

2400$ all included, but from a 40 years old business

The first time, i tought aprox 500$ juste to change
The receiver with BT, Iphone compatibility...

But they have to change the Amp too not bad
399$ Alpine

Subwoofer added with the oem Harmon.
Wires.
300$

Time 72$/hour 9hours

Apparently he work slowly,

but with best finish...

I don't want to destroy the Dash..

So i'll be happy aparently...!

So i just want to get some comments...

But stop The DIY...

I'm not minutieux

And i want a perfect job.

Thanks for your Comments!

By the way,

here is a link for the receiver;

I like Alpine, but have you considered one of the double din OE replacements? You can get blu-tooth, nav, rear view camera input, sub rca out etc. and it keeps the OE look in the car. I think maybe Dynavin- not sure. My 06 has the factory nav and blue tooth, it doesnt have sub out or a rear view camera input and the nav isnt easy to operate, so I am thinking of just replacing the head unit with an OE look unit that will give me sub out and camera in.

+1 for the Dynavin option. I just installed the d99 myself and in about 3 hours I went from a crappy business cd, to nav, ipod, bt, and much better sound. Mind you I've grown out of my 'ground pounding bass' phase, but this unit easily hooks up to amps, etc. Check it out. Looks oem and has more features than most aftermarket units.
