Anyone in here able to recommend a good paint/body shop? I'm looking to possible respray my E30, or at least get the front end resprayed, depending on price. I'm in Ferndale and obviously the closer the better..

New to forums and BMW. Clarkston is where I am at. I have a 330ci 110,000 on it and it came from Arizona. Body is in Mint cond. Just have to do a few minor repairs that the Arizona sun did to the molding around the windows.

Yeah. Real soon.. Got to fix some tiny steering play first off though. Only had the car for 10 days now. But waiting for the big paycheck at the end of the month.

Oh that sucks . Hopefully it's just something minor.
Keep us posted

I also had some steering play when I first purchased the car, found out it was the steering knuckle. when I got the car the bigger tires were on the front, maybe this had a factor, anyways can't wait till we get some warmer weather.

Sounds like fun, so I signed up and will go if I get it back from the shop in time.

I signed up about a week ago but they have not approved my account. Maybe no one is around??

Looks like a drive shaft bering and motor and trans mounts $1200. I find out the total damage tomorrow.

Heading to the Thumb drive this morning.
Just got my car back from the shop and it needed the Drive Shaft bearing, motor and Trans mounts replaced. $1250 at Steve's European Auto in Waterford. They had really good service compoared to BMW of West Bloomfield, were my car sat for a week and had not even been looked at yet, so I went and picked it up.

Hope to see you guys around today. Welcome back Sun!

Just added LED turn signals. Depo brand, the wiring harness is pretty crappy for $175 dollar set of lights, but very easy to install.
