Wow perfectly done. I spent half a year in Stockholm and loved it, never made it up to Oslo

Sorry no update yet. The car is still in winterstorage, but I borrowed JeppeJs winter tires. Had to take a littel testdrive today(the roads are free of snow and salt) before I drop it of to JeppeJ. He is going to make som small changes ot it. The testdrive was horribel. It wasent possibel to go over 2000RPM. The soft wintertires had no chance to get grip!

Next year I hope I can take it for som icetrack driving. Didnt want to use the e46 for that, mayby next year!! A littel movie from the track day.

I will post som pictures of the trackday on SPA later. Have just forgot it!

First trackday done. Love the r888 tires, dont understand why I had the federal tires last year!

Had a littel fight with a koenigsegg! After some laps he let me pass him. The 430 scuderia had no problems taking both of us! I was in the middel and enjoyed it

Andreas, I was wondering how you got around the side impact air bags that the BMW Performance seats come with. If you got them connected to the car how was this done? I was planning to get these but didn't know how to connect the side impact air bags. Can you enlighten us? Thanks!

Car looks awesome. Looking forward to the build thread!

I don't understand how this is cheaper than an M3 though... looks like you've spent way over the cost of an M3 to me. Can you explain more?

Hi. The side air bags are not connected. The e46 has airbag in the door so there are no need for it. I know Jeppe needed to do something with the standard airbag. I will ask him!

First of you need to know how much taxes we have in cars. An new m6 is around 400 000 usd. 220-240 is taxes. If a car has been in norway for more than 10 years we can modify it and not pay taxes. We then take a basic 318/320 with norwegian plates and an english m3. Alle the parts from the m3 is put into the 320. Thene we tell the goverment what we have done and they have to approve it!

An m3 in norway is around 80000 usd with the milage my car has. The norwegian 320 was around 12000 usd, the english m3 was around 18 000usd. And then you need to pay somebody to do the job and paintwork. Thats less that 10000.

My car is a track car with plates. Couldent car less If the car is org or not! For me it is nice to know that Jeppe has had everything apart. If something needed to be changed we did it. And yes i have spent over the cost of an org m3, but if i had done this to an org m3 i world have to pay a lot more!

Do you now understand it, even with my bad english!
