Driveshaft vibration/ticking sound

So over the past 2 months I've periodically been hearing a spinning whine/tick from my drive shaft. It's not always constant, and sometimes doesn't happen for days at a time. Sometimes it will occur when I hit a bump, like going over rail road tracks (at a slow speed) or even over bridge joints on the highway. It sometimes also goes away after going over said bumps. It's usually a very faint sound, I have to turn off my music to generally here it, and having the windows down typically completely blocks it out.

It gets louder when making turns sometimes and is completely random to which side I turn as to whether the sound gets louder. It's definitely coming more from the front than the back of the car, pretty much right under the shift boot and center console. For example, it sometimes gets louder when I change lanes.

I haven't experienced any abnormal tire wear (at least from the naked eye) over the past 2-3k miles.

Also, my steering wheel will shake a little bit at speeds over 65mph, and my drivers side mirror will shake a tiny bit (I replaced the tape holding the mirror and didn't fix the problem).

It also doesn't seem to be RPM related, but it's also hard to tell because once I get over 4k the engine is way louder than the sound. I generally hear it at higher speed above 40mph, and I can hear the sound whether or not it's in gear or neutral.

I've almost had the car a year. The tranny mounts and guibo both look new as the clutch was replaced less than 15k miles ago.

The car has 77k miles on it.

Any advice?
