Are you referring to the stock music player on the nexus 7? or on your car

There are a bunch of ways around that... First I would not use the stock android player... Its crap and has already been replaced by Google with Play music. If your just worried about controlling the volume the easiest way would to just do a search on play.google.com for "volume widget" and pick and download the one you like the most. This would allow you to control volume from the screen on the tablet. I'm not to worried about this as I am retaining the stock volume knob as well as the steering wheel controls for this install. Hope this helps.

As for an update the Parrot CK3000 Will be arriving this Friday! I'm also hoping to have the dash bezel as well as the Cnnnects2 adapter by then as well. Royal Postal tracked the package into the united states, this happened on Friday of last week, so It shouldn't take more than 5 business days to get to AZ from the east coast..... I hope.

Looks like your making progress so far. You have a thread started for it yet? Looks like you covered the radio presets. How did you plan to implement the radio into the build?

Got home from California today and all the parts to finish the install were waiting for me at the post office. Have a busy week of meetings to catch up on after Cali but I'll break into everything tonight and I'm sure I'll have some updates rolling through all week.

Have pictures taken and the parrot ck3000 bluetooth and Connects 2 harness installed. Everything is working great. The next thing is the actually install of the Nexus. Might start tomorrow as I finally have a day off. I will also try and post up the pics of the bluetooth install tonight or tomorrow as well
