We should rent a film rig ("process trailer") where we can haul the car with you in it. You can act like you're caravaning to bimmerfest without getting her dirty!

Hahahahaha. You know what Mango use to do when he looked at my bmw?. He'd be like "dude you need to clean that or you need to fix this!". I'm like naaaa it's cool **** runs fine.
After a while he gave up. He knows how I am with my car now lol.

This'll be my first year as well. Bringin a full load - my 7 yr old son, my 70 yr old step-father-in-law, and my sister's boyfriend. He's a GM parts guy and a good ole boy so this should be fun. I already informed him if he wins any BMW gear I'm confiscating it!

With all that dead weight in my car, Betsy will be the slowest e46 attending, guaranteed. Thankfully the caravan's not a race.

nice lol. and i'm pretty sure any 323 autos with big sound systems, ski racks and 50 lbs of stickers will easily out-slow you. besides.. its not what you drive but how you use it

tell your son i've been going to bimmerfest longer than he's been in existence (this is my 8th one)

wish I had started in 2002.. but oh well..

This is #6 for me.

Honestly, the event is the same thing every year. I go still mostly for the caravan and meet up with people.

A couple thousand modded BMWs all begin to look the same after a while. Once the event is over, you don't even want to see another one.

yep it gets old once you step out of your car and onto the grass. the heat sets in and you realize it's happening all over again. and the last thing you want to see is another BMW after its all said and done. i agree.

the meeting up and driving is always fun. and dare i say, magical

I'm just attending so I can enter the giveaways and get some free upgrades for Betsy. I don't care about all you a$$holes and your "nice cars".

J/K.

I wish there was a venue where we could all drive each other's cars for 5 or 10 minutes. I'm not really sure what my dream car is. M3, 330, coupe, vert, SMG? 6 speed? 5 speed? I've driven one auto 330 once. Never even driven an M.

Every time I drive an M it just makes me want to drive my own car instead because an M's to slow trololol.

My dream car is an E46 M3 CSL with a 6-speed manual swap. I wouldn't choose anything else over it anywhere in the world, no matter how much money or parts is thrown at it
