Don't think I transferred the washer over, I didn't even take my stock struts apart. Is it a specific washer or will any washer work?

What coilovers are you using? With my Bilstein PSS coilovers, I HAD to take the stock upper spring perches and bearing off of my stock set up, and transfer it to the coilovers. When I did this, I failed to used both washers between the bearing and the upper spring perch. (as seen in the pic...spring perch is on spring, bearing is on ground...washers in between).

Yes, they ARE specific. One is slightly curved to go on the bottom of the bearing for the rollers to roll, and the other is flat, but helps raise the bearing high enough to keep the bearing from scraping the perch.

I had this problem on my old Acura. It was actually due to me not lining the springs up properly and putting the rubber end peices on after i installed the lowering Eibach springs.

http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=583436

"Most people who install springs will for get to grease up where the springs hit metal.. If your springs do not have the rubber on the ends then after your springs set they will shift under the awkward pressure... The knocking noise is your spring moving. If your springs came with he rubber coating on the ends all you need to do is jack up the front and give it a good spray of grease so it stays in place.... if you don't have the rubber on there then you can take the rubber off your stock springs and put them on ur new ones, but that would involve reinstalling."

That might help...
