How is it that people don't remember that? IDK smh

Every week for months, the reasons for going to war in Iraq changed. When I noticed that happening, I knew it was a done deal.

They don't remember, Lair.

What happened in all the time democrats controlled the house and senate? Why didn't they pursue this, and every other agenda, while the evil republicans couldn't do anything to stop them?

Google Iraq war resolution and the number of votes for it by republicans and democrats. You'd be surprised...

edit:

I already posted the numbers previously in this thread:

They're pansies, I think you know. They don't think or act the same way as Republicans. I like to think it's because they have more respect for the electorate.

Whatever happened to the guy that made that video after our government arrested him?

The Southern California man who wrote and produced the controversial anti-Islam film "Innocence of Muslims" was ordered detained without bail by a federal judge for allegedly violating the terms of his probation.

Citing a "lengthy pattern of deception," Judge Suzanne Segal said that the court had a "lack of trust" in Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, and believed him to be a flight risk who posed "some danger to the community."

Nakoula, 55, appeared at the U.S. District Court preliminary hearing in Los Angeles. He had been asked to report to an office of the U.S. Probation Office, where U.S. Marshals officially arrested him.

Authorities have been investigating whether he violated the terms of his supervised release from a 2010 conviction in a bank fraud case.
Apparently he's still in jail lol. Even Politico is on it

http://www.politico.com/story/2013/0...tsy-91101.html

Quote:
Nakoula Basseley Nakoula deserves a place in American history. He is the first person in this country jailed for violating Islamic anti-blasphemy laws.

You won't find that anywhere in the charges against him, of course. As a practical matter, though, everyone knows that Nakoula wouldn't be in jail today if he hadn't produced a video crudely lampooning the prophet Muhammad.

In the weeks after the attack on U.S. facilities in Benghazi that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others, the Obama administration claimed the terrorist assault had been the outgrowth of a demonstration against the Nakoula video. The administration ran public service announcements in Pakistan featuring President Barack Obama saying the U.S. had nothing to do with it. In a speech at the United Nations around this time, the president declared - no doubt with Nakoula in mind - "The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."

After Benghazi, the administration was evidently filled with a fierce resolve - to bring Nakoula Basseley Nakoula to justice. Charles Woods, the father of a Navy SEAL killed in Benghazi, said Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told him when his son's body returned to Andrews Air Force Base: "We will make sure that the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted."

Lo and behold, Nakoula was brought in for questioning by five Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies at midnight, eventually arrested and held without bond, and finally thrown into jail for a year. He sits in La Tuna Federal Correctional Institution in Texas right now, even as the deceptive spin that blamed his video for the Benghazi attack looks more egregious by the day.

so... his prior record of bank fraud and that he violated his probation had nothing to do with it eh? Probably made matters worst that he put himself at the center of attention with that video stunt he pulled too.

eh?

Politico and it's sensationalist comment,
Quote:
"Nakoula Basseley Nakoula deserves a place in American history. He is the first person in this country jailed for violating Islamic anti-blasphemy laws."
then it says this:

haha, sorry. Had to laugh

Get real, he was arrested because the government wanted him to take the fall, that's why Clinton told the dead guy's mom she would get the film maker. Yeah, probation violation = jail without bail...for a non violent crime. Let's remember this is fvcking politico not WND.

lol, no it doesn't work that way. Ever.

Obama and Benghazi

That's been president Obama's defense for the past five years, I'm sure he can keep using it for another three without anyone catching on.

That's like saying Ted Bundy expanded on the act of murder started by Cain.

Weak and grasping. If your best defense is "Bush did it too" and this guy is supposed to be so much BETTER than Bush, you are up the creek buddy.
