Need urgent headlight suggestions for xenon 2000 328i sport

First off I did post in the lighting section and it just doesn't see the traffic that this section does and I'm in need of some quick suggestions. My headlights on my 2000 328i sport package are the factory xenons and to make a long story short they are shot. All the plastic and rubber seals are crumbling and the pass side ballast just blew yesterday morning. I am wanting a set of decent replacements that have the angel eyes built in and I am shocked at how many options there are. I read and searched all day yesterday and my head is spinning. Can any of you please make some recommendations as to what be an inexpensive ( under $700) setup that includes the new ballasts and are plug and play with no error codes. I am even open to just putting a higher quality halogen in the car if it is a possibility. I am planning on keeping this car for probably no longer than 4 more years so Im not going to spend $1000 each on BMW headlights and then have to add the angel eyes. I need to get the ball rolling on this because I have no headlights on my car as of this morn.

What do you guys think about this setup? Will it be a decent option to get me by for a few years and have any of you installed these? Also is this everything I need to just plug in and replace my factory xenon setup?

Thanks guys.

New seals are roughly twenty dollars each, new Bosch lenses are thirty five. You can find used ballasts/igniters/etc on ebay for cheap. For less than three hundred you can have brand new looking, fully functional OE xenon lights. Why aren't you rebuilding the two thousand dollar set that you have rather than shoehorning in a subpar aftermarket set?

As you can see my engine compartment is extremely nice and clean and then I have these two terrible looking lights with broken clips, horrible looking lenses (one is Bosch and one is an off brand), crumbling seals, and when I removed the bulb from the pass side the plastic behind the light just crumbled. I also would really like to have the integrated angel eyes. My car lived its entire life in Florida so the body is clean as they get but the plastic and rubber is just shot so I'm just trying to little by little clean it up.
