Well, I haven't lost any additional weight, in fact I've put on a couple pounds from where I finished. However I can definitely tell I've put on some serious muscle. My bench has gone up quite a bit and I can just see a bit more muscle definition.

what is your goal?

my goal is put on muscle for the first time instead of just slimming down
i've changed my workout to focus 99% on compound lifts
and i do the random stuff in between when a bench or squat rack is taken

Realistically I'd like to be like a bulky/muscley 200lbs

Me and David (Friend & workout partner) have been focusing on heavier lifting

what about your food and supplements?

i just take whey protein after workout and the daily multivitamin if i remember to take it (taking vitamin is a new thing for me)
and slowly cleaning up my diet again
i used to prep my own food 70% of the time when i was doing p90x

sadly my diet is still pretty poo. I go for a daily multi-vitamin and have never thought proteins would do anything super useful (but that's just my belief on it)
