AUX Fan strange Problem

Hi,
I have searched and read many posts here abuot AUX fan not working, but seems no one had a problem like mine.

The AUX fan is working with AC only, other wise not. which make the engine much hot, let the mechanical fan fighting alone and sounding loud.

When I unplug the Radiator temp sensor cable it will work normally. So I thought it's the temp sensor faulty.

I've changed the Radiator temp sensor by one new from the dealer. but still not working without the AC ON. and again if I unplug the sensor cable it will work?!!

Do you think the dealer gave me a bad sensor?
or there something else I have to check?

Help plz

I have left the temp sensor cable unplugged, so the aux fan will keep working normally. but I really want to find a solution for this.

Any one can help plz.
