Do it! What other mods do you have? Intake and exhaust? Shark perhaps? Curious how much of a difference these make on a 325, and how loud they are with an aftermarket exhaust. I've got the magnaflow catback and have been told by a few that with headers it sounds perfect and by others its loud as fsck.

BMW performance intake, rogue ikon exhaust, turner pulleys, shark injector. As far as performance mods go, that is.
Also have a bunch of suspension parts

Quite similar. I've got the shark, performance intake and magnaflow catback. If you can, try to take a video clip with sound before and after. Interested in your thoughts on change in loudness, cabin drone etc.

Also, what are your thoughts on the pulleys? Would you go back and do it again or skip it? Always regarded it as something that doesn't hurt to do, but doesn't provide much on the butt dyno either.

Cheers.

On the butt dyno everything was worth it the pulleys were my first mod, they definitely help at highway speeds. I have before videos on my YouTube account the account is serdar255

Just clarifying, we should buy new OEM gaskets as well? and do you think it will be too loud with stock exhaust + last muffler deleted?

From everything I've heard/read, you want to use OEM gaskets...

Do you mean the last resonator or muffler (connected to the tail pipes)? I've never heard headers with either setup...you'll have to let us know when you install ...do u still have it?...maybe have it welded back in if its too loud. I currently have the TSE3, so I'm definitely going to need a new cat-back

Funny you say that I just sold my TSE3 for stock to cut out the last muffler, one connected to tailpipes, cause I knew I wanted headers but now im thinkin it still might be too loud lol.

Those pics are looking pretty good, now lets get 2 more people to commit.

Any word on a tune for these guys? Right now I'm running the shark injector, would it be worth it to upgrade or just wait and get it Dyno tuned?

Yeah...I have to hold off on my install until I figure out $$ for a new exhaust or maybe I go the route you did and trade the TSE3 for a stock exhaust + cash...

I e-mailed Anthony about the status on the Eurocharged tune/his talks with Jerry at Eurocharged...I'll let everyone know what I hear...

The Shark is strong canned tune that will work well with the headers...a custom dyno tune from a knowledgable tuner would be ideal...Eurocharged did a custom dyno for these exact headers on a ZHP, so the resulting tune is closer to a custom tune. They have a couple locations (Boston, Huston, Toronto) with dynos i believe (well at least in Houston) and then more dealer locations - see the link

http://www.eurocharged.com/dealers/ecdealers

With the EuroCharged tune, there's options to re-tuning for free as well

Sweet! Any thoughts and impressions?

What are your plans for the CEL? Have you read up on the LC-1 wideband spoof\fix?
