If you cannot find one, just workout in your hotel. Why did not you get a hotel with a gym?

If you're not staying in a hotel, just lift your boyfriend.

i lived a minute north of hyde park (in bayswater) for the first half of 2012. london gyms were insanely expensive, and i ended up working out here: http://www.better.org.uk/leisure/porchester-centre

i think i paid something like 20-30 pounds per month, which was way better than the ~70-80 pounds better gyms were charging. the gym is decent, but not awesome. they have a full set of dumbells and access to one barbell station that can serve as both a squat rack and bench press. british people in general arent into lifting, so you usually dont have to wait long to use the barbell, even if someone's using it

there's also an LA fitness about a minute north of hyde park that you can get a 1-week free pass for.
