Moments of shame in the weight room

I ripped a nice audible fart on the second pull of a power clean Saturday. The whole gym got a laugh. It happens.

I think each person is different. Ill go for 3 rep maxes that get a little sketch. And go for 20 rep band squats that get really fockin hard. But I have no problem dropping the barbell on the safety bars. I will never use a spotter when squatting

I've done that, didn't need stitches, but took a nice chunk out of my finger.

Not my shameful moment, but what some guy did today pissed me off real bad. I was on a flat bench doing close grip, heavy sets. My gym has limited stations for stuff etc, so I get that its often frustrating BUT YOU GOTTA JUST WAIT. Anyone whose read my progress thread has seen I wait for the BB to open up all the time in the squat station, we all have to do it. So I do a warmup set of the bar twice for close grip, then I put 135 on (big jump I know) and did a set of 10. I was taking a decent rest ~2 minutes or so in between sets of 135, and I'm going through music on my phone picking a song for my next set and some dude comes over and stands next to me. I look up and he gestures towards my phone and is like "got any sets left?" and I reply with "uh, yeah I do. Two sets left. Would you like to set in with me?" He puts on a mad face, says "No" and starts to walk away. So I'm like okay cool bro I've been on the machine for 5 minutes and you're bitchin' at me like a little girl who didn't get her way. So I honestly do hurry up my sets more than I'd like to, and literally when I rack the BB before I'm even out from under the bar he's taking plates off. What a fvcking little assholee who couldn't wait even 10 seconds. So I don't even bother taking my plates off I just walked away from the bar shaking my head. He puts 10lb plates on it, uses shitty form and does 3 sets of 10 and is off the machine onto something else.

My Ride: RIP e46/'16 328i
About two months ago ... I got pinned by 135lbs on the bench

Was trying to decide whether I should drop the plates or ask for help when someone saw me and came over to help me out

In my defense, I hurt my arm/shoulder and I was just starting to work out again
Did some bench with bb and db before that attempt with 135 ... should have known not to attempt it at that point

Now I warm up with 135 and work my way up from there
Badass, I know

Back when I took NO (butthole) Xplode, I was benching and sharted. I left the weight on the bench and called it a day.

I was incline db pressing 90s, left arm gave out after a few reps and the weight came down and cracked me on the upper lip. 4 stitches later.

Compressions ripped during a workout, forgot about it and continued my workout. During leg press my shorts were all the way up, left testicle was out of the barn by the end of the set making eye contact with a poor older lady.
