just guessing really (considering everyone has different body types, picture could be misleading ... million different issues). But there are some hard and fast telltale signs like

body fat distribution (male vs female typical distributions etc)
striations
vascularity

and huh @rohde, if we were guessing his lean mass in lbs I'd agree but this is body fat %, technically I'm shredded if you just looked at my legs, on a male they are usually the first to be cut
Yea my legs are solid. I was poking them in the shower last night and was like wow these are pretty hard lol.

there's a 95% chance a dude with an upper body like that and a collegiate swimming back ground is anything but lean on his legs though. Obviously it will be a guess, but a very educated one.

I wouldn't say pointless? I said 10-11%, based on visual evidence. A rough estimate, but better than the scale he has

That scale will make very scattered guesses on bodyfat depending on how much water you've drank recently. Disregard at all costs. You look like a very watery 12. Do you use creatine?

I realized something yesterday. As we were doing some hack squats for leg day, on the 12 reps with just a 45 on each side my heart rate got up to about 155 and I felt like I had just ran 1 mile all out. Slightly dizzy also.

I should start doing some cardio probably right? Get into better shape?

Don't you swim a lot. There's a difference between getting beat down from weight lifting and regular cardio but it may help.

During swim season I swam about twice a week. Now that it's not swim team season I don't swim at all lol

I feel like easy weight lifting routines have turned into intense cardio for me since my cardio endurance is so out of shape?

Little update that i'm really happy about

IDK if you guys saw my old thread about reaching 18" on my biceps

http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthr...350&highlight=

but I just made a small gain

got it up to 18.25"!

Sorry for the blurry pics, it's hard to flex all out and take a pic

also I used the old style Hyde for the first time tonight. Felt great! Favorite pre out there right now!

The old style has the DMAA that was banned or something so the new style doesn't have it anymore.
