My Ride: 2004 E46 M3

So I recently changed the alternator on my m3. It took much longer than it should have because I had to order a new one online, which when it arrived was junk and seized up right out if the box.. Anyway in all that time I've lost some memory, so the car is all back together and running fine, but dies this look familiar to anyone? Lol, feel like an idiot but I guess it happens.
Thanks all
