Where to develop film?

I've called two drug stores and asked at Walmart, none of them develop film any more. Well, Walmart does but it takes a week to be sent off. Where do you guys get yours developed?

Local camera/film store. Camera store will send it out, but we still have a place that processes film in-house along with digital services. Not sure how much longer that will last.

There are ways to do this at home yourself without a full darkroom if necessary.

for cheap 35mm like kodak gold and stuff, i just go to costco, its super cheap and only takes an hour. for nicer 35mm/b&w/non c-41 i go to keeble and schuchat in palo alto. its too expensive though. drum scans are 15$

If you're still in CO, Mike's camera in Boulder is fantastic. They've also got a number of other locations throughout the denver area, and even the Bay.

Last time I used a CVS they messed up my roll. I would try a local camera shop. Is there still a Ritz in your area? My area is Richmond Camera. They are a real camera shop. The closest one to you is Chesapeake, VA

I googled Nikon Authorized Dealers.. and this one came up in your area http://www.southeasterncamera.com/ I can't tell if they develop or not. They could probably direct you if they don;t
