Doesn't Kalim step foot in his garage for adventures far more frequently than we see these posts? Why are those adventures not detailed? Why can't we get a running transcript of all adventures, certainly a picture of the man himself coming or going would be a good idea for records keeping...

heads up for S85 rod bearing failures: Kalim is spot on here, the problem is two-fold, the oil pumps are not the weak point at all, it seems to be an oil flow issue, also affecting the VANOS at times. also the bearings are smaller than some previous M div engines, have heard good things about VACmotorsports' rod bearing. I wouldn't risk putting the V10 screamer in a car without addressing this issue.
