Bought online and transferred it through them. My NICS took about 13 days with the holiday.

how do you like the sp2022? I've got my eye on it, seems like a great pistol all around, good compact-ish size. Im looking to get a sig but to save a little $ vs the p226

Both guns are great! I've fired both and would get either one. I bought the SP2022 because it was $319 a couple years back. It was my first handgun and really haven't fired anything else before that. The SP2022 fits my concealed needs vs the P226. A couple of years ago, it was all about $. Now my opinion has changed. I believe you should get the weapon that feels good to you even if that means a couple of $ more, because in the end, if you end up buying the SP2022 and you're not 100% about it, you'd wish you would have bought the 226 in the first place.

Overall, I love my SP2022. I've put a couple thousand rounds through it, both pricey and cheap, and it hasn't had many issues next to the occasional jam due to the crap that's run through it.
