Motor is going into the vehicle this weekend with the full turbo kit, then the fun starts getting the new fuel system in, as well as wiring up the PRO EFI

Can you please show a picture of the oil drain going into the oil pan? I'm very curious!

I have a scavenge pump on mine, and still get oil on compressor side

Will do, How much oil? There could be excessive Crankcase pressure causing oil to enter the intake tract.

Thanks. Not sure how much, but my FMIC has a puddle of oil at the bottom, and the charge pipes have a thin layer of oil in them, plus I noticed black specs on the rear bumper. I don't get white smoke surprisingly.

Does the turbo kit come with an oil feed restrictor?, I know PTE claims that there is no need for a restrictor.

I have 5/8" hose for my catch can, and I haven't gotten any collection of water/oil mix. Compression and blow by are within spec too.

Getting closer to the end, Saad Racing / Pro EFI High output ignition system is installed, along with a few other standalone sensors for the complete Pro EFI conversion we are doing to the vehicle!

When the need / desire is there to monitor EVERYTHING on a big power build, Pro EFI is the answer!

The oil cooler was supplied with the Saad Racing Stage 3 Turbocharger System! Glad some of you guys are following our Instagram Account (@rsworx) we try and post exclusively different content there then what is seen on our website, Facebook, and forums!

clean fab work! its interesting how you implemented the turbo drain reservoir knowing that you have it connected to the bottom of the oil pain, how does that work? is there a air gap in the reservoir? the oil pressure just pushing it back into the drain?

how many miles has the it driven with that oil drain setup? and your not getting any oil residue in the charge pipes and/or FMIC?

I'm surprised you guys didn't fab a WG right off the hot-side. I'm thinking of going this route. I get boost spikes from a longer distance from the manifold. apparently v3 pro EFI software has better WG settings then just a basic duty cycle.

Thank you sir! The fabrication was not on our end but Saad Racing. The oil drain tank for the turbo is designed so that the drain from the Turbo is higher then the feed into the pan. I believe there is also a check valve built in so that oil can not flow back into the tank.

We have not even started the vehicle yet to comment on that! We will let you know asap

Sorry those where obvious answers I remembered Ive seen pics of Saads setup, but not entirely on the car. I saw they had a huge air filter at the bottom, it looks like they changed the routing, I'd be worried about puddles in the the rain.

No worries! The intake does sit low but not as low as you might think. You would have to hit a substantial size puddle to suck water up. We will have pictures as soon as i get it bolted up
