How about you spend your unnecessary wheel money on something that will help keep your car driving? Like, say, a new cooling system?

Also, you know, larger wheels will slow your car down. Think of it as a final gear.

My Ride: slower than yours
google your current setup.
find out what offset/width it has

then google rimsntires calculator (a neat website will pop up)

input your old set up and go play with the other one.

go and get a tape measure if you want to get really specific because each ride is more or less different. you'll never know until you measure it yourself

I personally wouldnt go over 18. You probably have 16's now, and 18 would be a nice improvement. It's a good compromise between looks and performance.

Is there a problem with your wheels other than you don't like their size? What size do you currently have?

Again, the best size would be the ones you have, and assuming you don't have unlimited funds, believe me, you have more important things to spend money on your car for...

Cooling, ccv, vcg, ofhg, cabs, motor mounts, trans mounts, guibo, csb, etc.

I have my original wheels, 16s, which look fine...though with my painted green tires, look even better.

I bought some konig rims size 17 but they didn't fit by a millimeter and I didn't want to go spend more money on wheel adapters, so I'm reselling them. Also the original BMW rims I have on right now have some rash on it but scratches which is why I would like to go get some new tires and rims. But idk what the offset is or really I don't know much about rims, but I want to learn!

Leave the stock rims on and spend the money on mechanical updates that are WAY more important.

...BTW I still don't know if this is a joke or if the joke is that dmax actually has painted tires.
