Khoalty is a shady vendor

I have ordered khoalty's interior LED light kit and LED front turn signal bulbs for my e46.

Minutes after placing my order I sent a message to them trying to switch my LED light panel option from 18 to 12. They NEVER responded and proceeded to mail me the 18 LED compass light panel that I barely wanted.

Now after installing the LED front turn signals with 50watt 6 ohm resistors they don't function. I emailed Khoalty via their website days ago to no avail.

HOW ARE YOU STILL A SPONSOR OF THIS FORUM IN LIGHT OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE VALUES :tsk:

I guess that's what I deserve for ordering from a vendor that doesn't even have a phone number

UPDATE: I have received an email from a Khoalty rep about fixing the problem. It was more than a week after I emailed them and went to my spam box. Still annoyed that they don't have a phone or an actual email address besides their on-website email. I will post the result of any remedies.
Thanks

So you ordered the wrong thing..

Khoaltys fault.

They have bigger priorities than spending man hours on someone who ordered the wrong 20$ LED strip.

Khoaltys fault.

I understand your frustration with the customer service....but srs. Come on.

Making a thread here usually gets their attention, however you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

I've never had an issue (that didn't get professionaly resolved) with Khoalty.

Hmmmm........
These two vendors keep motivating threads. Insignificant?

Dozens of other vendors we discuss never get close to the hall of shame.

I don't disagree with this statement because I have also dealt with Umnitza a few years ago

UPDATE: I received an email to my spam box on 6/20 that I have just opened. I am still disappointed in the amount of time it has taken for them to get back to me, but at least they want to help fix the problem.
