The paint is actually engine enamel. Teal and Turquoise. But if you talking about the car Lol. Its Black.

I can help you source M3 replica bumpers with proper fitment for the Non M body (LINK), but the hardtop your best bet is to dive in the craigslist/forums/ebay to source one.
