Have to wait a few weeks but nonetheless

In less exciting news Sourcing parts for my e30 that was involved in an accident I was able to source most of the body panels as well as order some much needed maintenance items for the car.

Driver/Passenger Fenders
Lower Valence
Front plastic Bumper
Center Support Bearing
Brake kit (pads, rotors, lines, fluid)
Expansion Cap
Fan Clutch Blade
Valve cover Breather Hose

It still needs some side skirts and an IS front lip before it goes under the knife soon and hopefully come out looking like factory

Nice! Where is the dirt located (state)? The house next door looks to be of good size.

Correct! America's hat. The houses here are deeper than they are wide though. 36'x115' I think, 1,850sqft, 3 bed, 2.5 bath. I'm not sure how the price of homes here compares to the US but I paid 300k, so about $163/sqft. Not huge but a good starter home for me. I could have spent a lot less on a typical starter home but I never buy entry level and felt like this was a much better investment going mid-range single family.

What's considered a typical starter home varies a lot depending on the location. I couldn't find anything much above tear down quality for $300K...

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Not London, UK. I'm a land development consultant. The City's good for business, services, health/medicine, and manufacturing. Cost of living is quite reasonable.
