Lubricant For Steering Rack?

Anyone know the lubricant that comes from the factory used on the teeth of the steering rack? I may need to put some additional lubricant on the left side (driver's side.) The reason why is because the left inner tie rod was seized and I used a propane torch to get it off. In the course of heating up the "nut" for the inner tie rod shaft some of the lubricant on the teeth of the steering rack melted and dripped off. Not a lot of the lubricant melted but I do want to be on the safe side and put some additional lubricant on. I'd appreciate any input.
If it helps, I've got a 2001 325ci manual with a build date of 03/01 which appears to have the original tie rods, steering rack, and rack boots (old style not new.) Thanks.

I understand from checking a couple of other sites that standard wheel bearing grease can be used. But I don't want to have any incompatibility issue if I choose a different brand. Again, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
