it's crazy that that's only 9lbs heavier than I am. I would probably need to gain 25lbs of muscle and lose 10lbs of fat lol

In all fairness, it took me ten years to get and maintain this size and shape.

Here's another picture. I'm surprised my arms have stayed this size with CF and my own arm day every 10 days or so.

The people at my gym say there's skill to it...but that I don't have those skills

I have a tendency to just "brute force" things. For a while, my cleans were more like heavy reverse curls. But...I really like muscle ups. They hit areas of your back it's difficult to hit with free weights, and it's a good overall chest/shoulder/tri workout. Combine those with some toes-to-rings and you've got a mean beach workout

Yea I hear you on those reverse curls. I was guilty of that too. I really need to try these muscle ups. I feel like I may be able to do one but I'm not sure.
