I took a picture yesterday for a comparison.

Yesterday was really difficult, especially around 7pm. I've been fine so far today so I guess yesterday was the major hurdle.

I don't need to lose weight. Like I said, this is more of a mental challenge for me. However, it will be interesting to see what kind of results I get.

I'm not going to do this for 10+ days. I'll probably stop Friday night by introducing the veggies and soups. I don't smoke, drink excessively, and have always eaten fairly clean. So I don't have much to "get rid of."

Weighed in at 190 pounds (-8 in total)

Think I'll only continue this until tomorrow. I almost passed out this morning so that wasn't a fun sign.

You're probably going to pass away by Saturday.

Roughly 10 servings a day, which came to the same calculations you had about calories and carbs.

Started doing that last night but that's part of the "cleanse."

Decided to try the "lemon detox diet" out of curiosity. Let's see what happens.

Why not just try anorexia? It's popular with the same subset of the population, but more effective.

It's more easy to kill with a sword than with a gun.

A sword is more frightening than toy-looking gun like glock.

robbing with a sword is a good thing
