Thanks guys! There's no turning back for me. The goal is to get swoll! I'm eating more, training harder and working out with a new buddy that trains a completely different style. Great gains are to continue coming! Plus i got a second gym membership to a different gym that's open later on the weekends so i can get more time in.

This will be a great transformation, don't miss out....

I've got a photo shoot Sunday to be like an Abercrombie style model. If everything goes well and they like me, I'll get a trip to California to do a little work and relax. Free vacation, so I figured it's worth a shot.

Here's a picture from today before tanning (it's really dark, sorry). Weighed in at 182.

No carbs, no fats, no sugar, no salt, starting to cut water weight, lots of ab work and some cardio. Eating boneless, skinless grilled chicken breasts about every 90 minutes. Dairy completely cut out of my diet.

Life has officially become hell!

I've noticed that in the morning I'm a bit groggy, but once i wake up I'm good until about 6pm, but from 6pm till about 9pm watch out, because I'm very crabby and unpleasant. I'll be happy when this is over!

Hopefully I get copies of the pictures and have something good to share with you guys

Nice... That's what I do about 2 weeks out from my fights to get rid of the last few lbs... Except I eat some carbs before and after training sessions. I'm VERY cranky as well.. Haha. And I live on caffeine to keep me going all day.

I don't think i would make it 2 weeks, lol. I found out about the shoot with about 8 days to prep and slacked a bit, so I've been prepping since Monday when i posted that dark picture from the tanning salon.

So far i think my prep has been quite a success. The shoot is this Sunday (2 days away). I was really nervous at first that this might not be enough time for me to get my abs back to good, but everything has been going according to plan thus far.

Sunday after the shoot in going to eat a little Caesars pizza, bag of Doritos, and everything else terrible that i can find.

I got done at the gym for the second time at about 1:30 am last night and snapped a picture. This picture isn't from exactly one year ago. Honestly i was smaller and in worse shape than i was on the left when i got back into it 1 year ago, but it's all i could find to show the progress I've made over the last 12 months.

I was extremely exhausted when i took the picture on the right, lol.

You look like the build I would like to have, and might have if I gained about 10 pounds of muscle and kept the same BF%. How much do you weight now? Probably high 170s?
