just need to take your car to a shop with autologic or a gt1. they can update the software in the car.

Automatic transmission acting up

This is the link to the TSB regarding your trans. problem.
It is SIB 24 07 03 (Auto Transmission) I had the same problem with a delay on a cold start from Park to Drive.
I had the update done at the dealer for $202.00 it was well worth it. The trans. performs like new.
