Moving to Spain - anyone from there?

Anyone know the rules and regulations for a modified vehicle in spain?

Dont knwo about spain ,, But here in Portugal they stil have strict laws on modifiactions.

I'm from Spain.

in Spain it is complicated the modifications of car, for any thing you need to approve for an engineer. For example a change of suspension

Really I believe that it is possible to do many things but to go legally, it does quite across money
