99' 328i parts fit a 2002 325xi sport package?

so this month the city was doing construction in my mom's neighborhood some sort of "community revival" and they were putting in new curbs and side walks and will eventually get to the roads (you know how efficient some construction crews are)

but i guess they werent just working hard but working reckless and one of them reversed a flatbed right into my moms 1999 328i sedan

so we went to get it looked at the other day and the guy said something around $10000 damage so its most likely a write off which is bad for her but hey free parts?

dont worry the construction company's insurance is gonna cover it but dam a new quarter panel and the trunk wont open or close, at least the light still works?

The reason this sounded like a good thing to me was that i recently purchased (about a month ago) a 2002 325xi sport package

So my main question was if a few parts from her 1999 328i automatic will fit my 2002 325xi manual sport package (both sedans)

-the stock airbox (previous owner installed a cheap one i dont like so much)
-i assume the rear license plate bracket will fit (the black plastic piece) bmw uses lame bolts that rust faster than Lancia's
-and she recently got her brakes done and she drives like she's 80 and mine are overdue
so would the front and back rotor's and pad's fit?

i might be missing more but i'll post again with something else later

i know this is a bit big for my first post but i thought i'd give it a shot
and i hope im welcome to the E46x family
there's more to come

Easiest solution is to get a dropbox account, copy the pics to a dropbox folder, then right click and select 'copy public link' or similar. Then paste those links here.

the intake box probably won't fit but it's worth a try, very easy swap.
the license plate bracket will fit
the brake rotors won't fit

and welcome to fanatics.
