Any thoughts on this vendor

So as most of you know my car got hit last week and I need a new hood as a result, I've been thinking of going with a CF GTR hood, I would like to get one for a reasonable price, after a little hunting I found this site that offers it for $1,140. This seemed like a great price but the site I am not familiar with and I was wondering if anyone has had at experience with them before? I want to make sure their are reputable before I spend this kind of money. They claim the hood to be a Seibon hood. Let me know what you guys think.

Any thoughts on this vendor

I think the company is trying to make people think it's "TurnerMotorsports"!!!

Check the better business bureau (www.bbb.org) in the location where this business is located.

Thats a bit far stretched. OP, I say go for it if the price difference is significant. There's tons of unknown vendors out there that are respectable.

Buy an OE M3 Hood for $750 or buy a facelifted hood for $400. Then paint. Then have extra money to get M3 fenders if you choose M3 hood. Then take out M3 side grilles and do some custom thing to them that makes you famous around the forum, so you don't look like an M3 poser and look like a stud. (Maybe change the lettering to say M-tech!!) Be original. Save money. Have fun doing it. Those vented hoods are nothing but trouble when it rains, and when you mature, you're gonna start to hate the hood and want to part ways with it.

Edit: Looks like you have an M3. Oh well. That's for the rest of you E46Fonies who need a lil advice.

Car sits in a garage and doesn't see rain unless I absolutely need to drive it. Thanks for the advice chief.

My Ride: Cabrio. Stick.
those vented hoods look really bad. jus sayin.

(I think that $1140, plus applicable taxes, would be better spent on hookers & blow for a weekend.)
