tough one today. the squats had me feeling like jello, since I havent done them much lately... luckily, we just got a squat rack! todays numbers:

KB swings x10 80 LBS
Backsquat x5 300LBS (brutal)
DB strict press x5 60LBS
DB row x5 110 LBS

Really hard workout. Especially after Sunday. Hopefully I can pick up a pre workout Wednesday when they get it in. I might need that extra boost!

Did the 30:30 today. Really some tough movements. The figure 8s with te kettlebell would last about 15 seconds and is go to regular swings. Just too heavy for those right now. Swings for 30 seconds were definitely challenging enough. The hardest part was staying elevated on the parrallettes. Rediculpusly hard for 30 seconds. I tried to vary it up as much as possible

Week 3! used sunday as my day off, since I was in Arizona on vacation. I did the density today. Wanted to see how my squats were on the fifth set of 315. Pretty happy with this being the 5th set of 315x5. I am struggling with fo0rm on backsquats, as I didn't do them for a few months. So my butt hitch is pretty bad. I will be taking more videos next week to see the progression of form.


Anyways, pretty tough one today. Hopefully my legs recover for tomorrow! Here is week 3.




I already feel my strength going up. squats i was at about 300 for 5 last week. I think I should have been at 325x5 for a max. Sets of 5 are really tough for me... I am more use to sets of 2-3 or 8-10. next week I start with 2-3 rep sets. so it will be heavy for the next 3!

Awesome man. I downloaded this app but never really played around with it. Is is tough? How long does something like this take to make? I def want to do this for when I start my plan.

Sorry I havent updated. ill try to throw up my workout sheets on here tonight

did some strength stuff and then a couple circuits since I had so much energy today. Tried to focus on some bracing issues with the squats. got to 381 on backsquats and did some front squat holds for some practice. A video says it better...

finished the workout with 5 rounds of 155LB powerclean x10 with 100m 100LB overhead UPHILL walks with the sandbag

finally cleaning over 300 again. hit a new PR @ 311LBS with my "Khalipa-esque" form. rofl. (20lbs above beginning cleans at the start of the program)



did jerks after, but i ran out of space on my phone. got to 265 (PR)


finished the day with a 21-15-9
- TRX Fat gripz low rows
- 80LB Kettlebell swings
- 12LB slam balls
- Approx 120YD uphill run

Jeremy, I do the same sh1t with heavy cleans. It's just easier for me than to dip down. I hate it though.
