@158lbs, I have no idea why I keep losing this much weight and my food intake has not changed. My activity levels is the same as well. I even workout less often as I don't fell well all the time.

Got to the gym late, only had 35min so finished the below:

T-bar rows:
1 x 10 45lbs
1 x 6 110lbs
1 x 6 110lbs
1 x 6 110lbs

DB flat bench presses:
1 x 10 45lbs
1 x 5 75lbs
1 x 6 70lbs
1 x 6 65lbs

Body weight pull-ups:
1 x 10
1 x 10
1 x 10
1 x 10

Body weight dips:
1 x 10
1 x 10
1 x 10
1 x 10

Woke up today and my back/chest are sore from the above. Crazy, sometimes I do 2x the volume and I don't get score. WTF

more to soreness than just volume (CNS fatigue etc). I got crazy sore from one set of 305 x 3 deadlifts a couple weeks ago. Things like that why I'm glad I'm starting to mix up both volume and exercises, best to find a balance

I have been doing more sprinting but I also increased my food intake. I think the weight loss is related to my GI issues and fatigue.

I agree, sometimes I don't get sore from heavy weights, doing high reps with lower weights get me sore as well. But it has a different soreness feeling.

dude that's not good. get to the doc and tell him that your weight is dropping daily. blood in the stool sounds like it could be IBS or IBD or worse, it's not something to play with it. IBD patients are at a higher risk for intestinal cancer as well. The sooner you get treated the higher quality of life you will have.

how many times a day do you ****?

Pic of yourself at 158? You're a pound and a half heavier than me! This was when I was on Bay Watch. Oh, and that cloud formation was tornadic and had everyone in the greater Boston area taking shelter a few weeks ago. No days off

On most days I look pale, as my coworkers and friends told me. I already have IBS, but looks like I have some sort of an IBD as well. Is there anything else to do beside a colonoscopy? I have it scheduled in a couple of weeks. My quality of life has been like $hit. I cannot even workout on most days as I almost pass out while sitting at home doing nothing. Blood work showed mild anemia, and lower part of my belly is always bloated.

Shitting is random, sometimes I don't go for 2 days, other times I go 2 times a day (really small shits).

Funny part I'm still lifting the same weights when I was 10lbs heavier. I'm losing both fat an muscle. Around 160lbs

you might have a stricture. that happens when you have inflammation and the inflammation heals resulting in scar tissue inside your intestine. Is it your bottom right? that's where I have one and it is right where the large/small bowel meet. My doc wants me to get surgery but said nobody will operate if I look this healthy (@175 lbs). I would rush the colonoscopy and get bloodwork checked again. get a 2nd opinion as well.

good luck to you, I'm in the same boat so I know how difficult it can be.

It's the whole lower part, not just the right. I tried to rush the colonoscopy and I could not. Healthcare sucks balls in US. I'll ask to have blood work, celiac, and gluten tests done.

Now I have you in the same boat with the GI issue, another bro here who has left testicle pain like I do. This forum offers a lot of support.

I know how comforting, and actually crucial it is, to recognize on a daily basis that you're not alone in your situation and it's manageable. Don't stop lifting, but cut out supplements that you are taking if any.

fish oil would give me the runs and cramping.
multi vitamin upset my stomach and made me break out.

Everyone is different. Fish oil is always recommended but it just made things worse for me.

Even though fatigued, not feeling that well. I was like **** it. Slept well, had a ton of brown rice today. Did this in 80min including warm up:

159lbs today, glad I still have the same strength going through this sickness.

BB Pendlay rows:
1 x 6 135lbs
1 x 4 185lbs
1 x 4 185lbs
1 x 4 185lbs

DB flat bench:
Could not get 75lbs up today. Did not feel like asking for a spot
1 x 6 70lbs
1 x 6 70lbs
1 x 5 70lbs

Pull-ups with 35lbs:
1 x 10
1 x 9

Chin-ups with 35lbs:
1 x 8
1 x 6

Dips with 35lbs:
1 x 10
1 x 10

Decline sit-ups on bench with 35lbs:
1 x 15
1 x 15
1 x 15

DB side delts:
1 x 10 20lbs
1 x 10 20lbs
1 x 10 20lbs

Standing BB OHP:
1 x 6 90lbs
1 x 6 100lbs
1 x 6 100lbs
If I hold the bar wider than shoulder width my shoulders hurt really bad. WTF

Seated incline DB curls:
1 x 8 35lbs
1 x 8 35lbs

Inclined cable pull-downs:
1 x 10 100lbs
1 x 10 100lbs
1 x 10 100lbs

I felt so much better after the workout.

You can press 60's, 70's and 80's on DB but struggled like this on BB? I don't know what you were doin man, maybe its your illness and lack of your usual strength, but I find it hard to fathom you struggled with 70 pounds on BB
