Saad Racing 2006 Interlagos Blue build

We have a very interesting build going on at Saad Racing and I thought I would share some of the details with the members of this forum. A forum member sold his 2006 Interlagos Blue Competition package 6 speed to a non member. The new owner is a good customer of Saad Racing and asked us to build the car up for him.

What the car already had....
-ProEFI engine management
-Saad Racing Stage two fuel system with flex fuel option
-Saad Racing Ignition system
-HPF Turbo Kit with Saad Racing modified oil return
-Agency Power Exhaust
-Advan RS Deep Wheels with polished lips

What we are changing to...
-Saad Racing Turbo Kit
-Saad Racing upgraded 4 inch Air Intake Kit
-Saad Racing Intake Manifold Powder coated black
-Saad Racing Air/Oil Separator
-Saad Racing 4 inch Exhaust, muffler option for quite operation and puck option to open exhaust when ultimate performance is wanted.
-Apex EC-7 wheels

This should be a very fun build. The goal with the car is to make over 900 rwhp and have the car spooling very fast to give the customer great drive ability and very quick response. When we are done we will tune the car and post up the dyno results. Should be very interesting as the customer has told me that he intends to take the car to the Shift Sector event and I know a few of the members here like to compete at that event.

That is correct, this is Jim's old car, its in perfect condition. Will be awesome when finished. Jim was one of the first to have the Saad Racing fuel system also.

The engine is from his original build at HPF.

The owner also asked me to sell off the parts that I'm pulling of this car. So the following parts are for sale.
-HPF Turbo kit with Steed Speed billet manifold with or without Precision 7175 ball bearing turbo.
-HPF Intake manifold powder coated black and modified for Tial blow off valve, also includes valve.
-HPF Methanol kit
-Adjacency Power exhaust with Titanium tips.
-Advan RS Deeps 19" wheels polished lips with tires 90% tread life, they are like new.

Anyone interested please PM me an offer on what you like.

It was! I was the one that talked him into buying an M3 to hold him over. I told him when he drove it and felt the power he would want to keep it for a while and have fun with it, and now we see the result of that It will be a very sick car when we are done with it, then we will be on to his GTR. That car will be off the charts!

We know this car will be making a lot more power. We also know that the current clutch will not be able to hold that power. So we are installing a ClutchMasters 850 dual plate clutch with a steel flywheel. Here is a picture of the clutch.

^ Looks very clean!

Only thing I would change is pull the stickers off the coils and wrinkle coat the coil bracket but regardless cleanest setup I've seen! Keep it up!

What is the difference between these coils and OEM M3 coils made by Bosch?
