Thanks for offering this service--it's preferable to retrofits for many of us. I'm confused about your procedure, though. Do you send the bowls immediately upon ordering? If so, why do you say, "Bowls can be sent with or without the auto-leveling motor and shade, they will be returned as they are received"?

How's availability now? Thanks.

Sorry for the lack of clarity. I have bowls that are currently plated with extra shades and whatnot. There is a core charge that is returned if you decide to send me back your old bowls. This avoids any down-time for the end user. However, if your shades are non-functional or you just send me the entire bowl assembly with the shades/solenoid still attached, I can send you the new set of bowls with the same equipment. However, upon ordering, you will need to tell me if you would like the shades/solenoid included as I obviously send that out to you first.

Let me know if that clears it up, sorry for the confusion.
Also, I have two (2) completed sets right now ready to ship.

I may be interested, i am a little green on how easy or difficult this procedure will be. Also, any of your customers been able to send before and after pictures? Any "warranty" say if in 30 days the bowls tend to crack again and burn up....are we going to be able to get a replacement set? Reason im saying this is because i know we pay for your time and effort at this, but at 200-270 dollars i would like to have some relief knowing this is going to last me for another 10 years (my car is an 03). know what i mean?

thanks again!

First off, I understand your reservations. The procedure for replacement of the bowls is relatively straightforward. You remove the headlight housing and gain access to the backside of the bowl. Remove the torx head screws that affix the bowl and maneuver the bowl out of the housing.

Again, as far as a warranty or guarantee of not burning up again, I cannot offer that. Certainly a 30 day period will not burn them up, but whether they last another 5 years or 10 years, I cannot offer a guarantee for that. As I mentioned before, the plating is actually more robust than the OEM plating so my assumption is they will outlast the OEM plating on the bowls.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

A whole lot better than what I have. I am guessing you are using stock 4300k? And the small blue beams at the bottom are your HID fogs?

Yes, they are worlds better. And no, that is just the stock headlights and bulbs, no fogs. I may need to work on aiming them a bit!

These are the largest I could upload the pics as. I attempted to upload the pictures as an attachment as well. Sorry for the poor quality/poor size.

They're mine, quality is great and far superior to how ZKW made them plastic out of the factory for some reason?

Max did a great job with them, and why I got them was because they were the OEM bowl. I did not want to do any retrofitting or get any fault lights, etc etc. just wanted a straight replacement.

I would not hesitate especially for those with horrible lighting (which is all of us)

I will try to get the details on the pics up soon
Thank you all
