So time to order a new throttle position sensor, and a new idle air control valve. I can put the idle air control valve on the engine right away, but I'm not sure what to do about the throttle position sensor because of how quickly and easily they can be killed.

Currently the throttle position sensor reads 10% throttle when I'm not pressing the gas, and reads way higher than it should in the middle of its range of travel, making the transmission hold onto gears much longer than it should. The idle air control valve just makes excessive noise when I turn the car to the on position, and after a bit of driving, sticks and won't let the idle go below ~1600 RPM.

This is what I get for leaving these items attached when I cleaned the intake manifold. Thanks GM for not making your engine parts resistant.
I can help you if you need help working on the van.

Not sure if there is a leak or not. The van uses an overflow tank instead of an expansion tank, so I'm not sure if it's actually running low or if it's just sloshing around and spilling out as I drive.

Excellent, you can buy me a delphi throttle position sensor, delphi idle air control valve, and some Prestone radiator flush!

jk
I'm about to order all that right now.

The hard part is you actually have a job, so that makes your free time pretty limited unlike myself. :\

yea, its weird. last time I went under the van to install that sensor thing. I checked to see if I can see anything leaking, but couldn't find anything.

Those thule roof racks too, that guy wants OEM BMW money for that.

And I simply don't have the money for something as superfluous as roof racks right now

Weighed myself the other day, and I was at 151 pounds.

I've been holding back on proportions and went for a run today.
